1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted if:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The item is returned with original packaging and tags.
Non-returnable items:
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Paintings and décor pieces
- Accessories and handbags (for hygiene and authenticity reasons)
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@zulvia.com with your Order ID and reason for return.
- Our team will verify eligibility and share return instructions.
- Send the product securely packaged to our return address.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds are initiated after inspection of the returned product.
- If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for size issues or defective items only.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Replacement will be dispatched once we receive and verify the returned product.
5. Defective or Wrong Item
If you receive a wrong or damaged product:
- Contact us within 48 hours with unboxing video or photos.
- We’ll offer a replacement at no additional cost.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they haven’t been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation isn’t possible.
