Returns and Exchanges Policy — Zulvia

1. Return and Exchange Eligibility

  • Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in original packaging with a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Sale, discounted, or clearance items.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, wear, or improper care.

3. Return Process
