- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Items must be returned in original packaging with a receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized products.
- Sale, discounted, or clearance items.
- Items damaged due to misuse, wear, or improper care.
3. Return Process
